These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the KLS Dumpster website and to the roll-off dumpster rental services we provide. By using this website, booking a rental online, or scheduling a rental by phone, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
"KLS Dumpster," "we," "us," and "our" refer to KLS Dumpster, a locally owned and operated dumpster rental company based in Telford, Pennsylvania.
You may use this website to learn about our services, compare container sizes, and book a rental. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. While we work to keep it accurate and current, we may update content, pricing, and service details at any time without notice.
Rentals can be booked through our online booking system or by phone at (814) 557-3867. Online bookings are processed through our scheduling software, and the pricing, availability, and payment terms shown there apply to your rental.
Our pricing is posted on our dumpster sizes page. Each rental price includes a set number of days and a tonnage allowance for the container size you book.
Every rental includes 10 days, and the day of delivery does not count toward them. Days past the first 10 are billed at $10.00 per day. If you finish early, call us and we will schedule an earlier pickup.
Each container size includes a tonnage allowance: 1 ton on the 10-yard, 1.5 tons on the 15-yard, and 2 tons on the 20-yard. Weight over the included allowance is billed at $0.060 per pound, supported by the scaled weight ticket from the disposal facility.
A $150.00 additional trip charge applies when the dumpster cannot be delivered or serviced as scheduled. This includes blocked access, a locked gate, a container loaded above level with the walls, non-compliant materials, or excess weight.
Debris must stay level with the container walls for safe transport. An overloaded container cannot be serviced until it is brought back to a safe level.
Some materials cannot go in a standard container. Soil is not accepted in any container, and concrete requires a dedicated clean-fill container. Hazardous materials and other restricted items may not be placed in any container. If you are unsure whether a material is acceptable, call us before loading it and we will tell you how to handle it.
We place containers where they work for your project and are safe for our truck to reach, such as a driveway, a job-site staging area, or a designated spot on a commercial property. We recommend a hard surface, and we will set the container on planking you provide. KLS Dumpster is not responsible for damage caused by delivery or removal at the location you request.
Please keep the drop spot clear on delivery and service days so we can deliver and pick up as scheduled.
When you book a rental or contact us, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry or rental by phone, email, or text message. SMS communication is strictly opt-in and is used only to communicate about your requests, such as quotes, delivery windows, and scheduling. How we collect and handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The KLS Dumpster name, logo, photography, and website content belong to KLS Dumpster or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
This website links to third-party services, including our online booking system and our social media profiles. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or policies.
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KLS Dumpster is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and your continued use of the website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
