Prohibited materials include asbestos, fluorescent ballasts and bulbs, paints, acids, chemicals, chlorine, batteries, tires, drums, propane tanks, appliances that contain or previously contained Freon, tree stumps over 36 inches in diameter, electronics, railroad ties or any material containing creosote, soil clean or contaminated, and any hazardous or special waste. Standard construction debris is fine.
